Dinner at Em and J's

It was a momentous dinner last night at our friends Emily and Jason Throckmorton. Change was certainly in the air. Everyone was heading in big new, albeit sometimes scary directions, but for one night, it was like old times.

Emily and Jason, newly married and newly Marinites, invited ourselves and PJ and Patrice over for dinner at their new house in San Anselmo. We were all very impressed with their new digs! Great house and really cool yard, complete with hot tub and brick oven. Also a perfect grass court for Italian horseshoes! We are so stoked to have our close friends move from the city to literally 5 minutes from our house. We expect good times!

And with a heavy heart, we had to say good bye to our amazing friends PJ and Patrice. We love them so much, and it is really hard to see them move across country, but we totally understand. Being seperated from family, especially when you are starting your own is really tough. We will always cherish our times with them, and thank them for making the sacrifice to come out to San Francisco when logistically it wasn't easy. And as our families grow, it will be fun to have some Jersey folk to introduce our kids too. Maren's fam can't stray to far from its roots.

So it was a dinner with a new marriage and digs, a new life acrross the country, and a new family member. To all we say, Happiness Forever!
